Donate to S.A.V.E.
The Student Advocates for Valuing the Environment Foundation promotes recycling, conservation, and biodiesel in Helena and across Montana. Some of our accomplishments include:
- Sponsoring Helena's only plastics recycling program.
- Recycling 500,000 pounds of material per year with our business collection route, plastics recycling program, and community partnerships such as Trash for Trees and Erase your E*waste.
- Passing important legislation and policy that has brought water conservation to Montana through gray water systems, a new category of electric vehicle, and increased biodiesel and ewaste education.
- Traveling over 4,000 miles on 100% homegrown fuel with Biodiesel Montana, bringing biodiesel education and environmental awareness to thousands of students across the state.
The S.A.V.E. Foundation in a non-profit effort that depends on individual donations and the support of its members. All members receive Daily Habits, S.A.V.E.'s biannual newsletter, and e-mail updates of events going on in their area. All donations are tax deductible.
