The S.A.V.E. Foundation, 501(c)(3)
The Student Advocates for Valuing the Environment Foundation promotes recycling, conservation, and biodiesel in Helena and across Montana. In 2007, we have already:
- Recycled 500,000 pounds of material with our business collection route, plastics recycling program, and community partnerships such as Trash for Trees and Erase your E*waste
- Passed important legislation and policy that has brought water conservation to Montana through gray water systems and allowed for a new category of electric vehicle.
- Traveled over 2,000 miles on 100% homegrown fuel with Biodiesel Montana, bringing biodiesel education and environmental awareness to thousands of students across the state.
